Here is a little about where I am at in life. I am married to Clary Malmstrom, and we have been married for just over 2 years. She graduated from BYU with a music degree and plays the violin. Her days are now filled with caring for our baby. We have a little 4 month old girl named Sophronia Elanor.

We just got back, earlier this month, from a Smoot family vacation to Big Sky, Montana, right next to Yellowstone.

It was quite a full sensory experience being in Yellowstone.

I am currently practicing bankruptcy law in Ogden, Utah. Our firm does bankruptcy strictly for people, no Chapter 11s.

Clary, along with being a mother, is the Laurel advisor in our ward and works with the 16-18 year old girls. I teach Gospel Doctrine.

Getting Started

I had the thought the other day that I would like to know what is going on in everyone's lives and that others might like that as well. To make this happen, I thought we could have a blog where we could all be authors and share, as we feel like it, what is going on in our lives. It would be an easy place to share photos, stories, etc. and let people know when you would be in town and up for a visit.
